Seat Cushions
Like most furniture stores our sofas are priced with 1.8-2.0lb density seat cushions. These have a life expectancy of 2-5 years. Depending on your needs, we also offer ultra high resiliency seat cushions with a life expectancy of 12-18 years for a reasonable up-charge. Both of these cushions come in a soft, medium and firm option!

All of our frames are made with kiln-dried, solid wood for outstanding construction quality!
Customization
We customize all of our sofas, loveseats, chairs, sectionals, chaises, and ottomans to the inch! You can also choose between cushion firmness, piping, buttons, legs, and more!

Unlike most sofas that are made with 1.8 – 2.0 density foam that have a lifespan of a few years, we use high resiliency 2.8 – 3.0 industrial strength foam in all of our seat cushions and guarantee them for 10 years! If they ever Lose resiliency, we will replace them, free of charge!
Our frames are made with real kiln-dried solid wood. That’s why we can guarantee and warranty all of our custom built frames for 10 years too!
